Wild in the Streets Benefit Art Show for Rocket Dog Rescue at FALLOUT SF

“Wild in the Streets” Benefit Art Show for Rocketdog Rescue

will be up March 25-26 at FALLOUT SF, 50-A Bannam St., North Beach, San Francisco. Four pieces of Kristen’s works showing include photographs made of her long passed friends, Steph (Stump) and her pit bull Soco, who she knew since they all lived in Philadelphia. Steph was an amputee who later lived on the streets of San Francisco, with Soco always by her side. They were always together as one, so Kristen made a portrait of them in the studio, and made a composite portrait of both of them as one. The other two images portraying Petey the pup of The Little Rascals was created in the Potrero neighborhood of San Francisco. Kristen made the set on a sidewalk, utilizing the spare tire of her old 1984 Dodge Ram van. Soco posed like a champ that day.
